We’re stoked to report that the Capitola City Council approved the first reading of an ordinance to prohibit plastic carryout bags and place a 25 cent fee on paper bags on December 13. The Second reading will be January 10th. The implementation date is 3 months following the second reading. Thank you all for your support.
